Spring has sprung at Mimi & Papa's, and we're bursting with events to celebrate the season! Whether you're looking for a fun family outing, a chance to give back to the community, or just a delicious way to spend an afternoon, we've got something for everyone. Mark your calendars for these upcoming events:
Craft Beer & Popcorn Pairing (Sunday, April 14th from 2-4pm at Mannkind Brewing)
Popcorn and beer? It's a match made in heaven (or should we say, the brewery?)! Join us for an afternoon of delicious craft beer pairings featuring Mannkind Brewing’s flavorful beers and perfectly popped kernels from Mimi & Papa's. No sign up is required for this FREE event! (Additional beer and popcorn will be for sale!)
Eagle Scout Popcorn Fundraiser (Wednesday, April 17th from 12pm-9pm)
Help a local Eagle Scout reach his fundraising goals! Mimi & Papa's will donate a portion of our sales that day to go towards his project to provide beds for children in need. Stop by and support a worthy cause while enjoying some yummy popcorn, homemade fudge, and/or delicious ice cream. (To go orders also count towards the fundraiser.)
Volunteer Appreciation Event (Friday, April 19th from 6:30-8:00pm)
We're so grateful for our amazing community and those who help others in need. We look forward to hosting the Port City Church-Leland volunteers at Mimi & Papa's for their Volunteer Appreciation Event. We can’t think of a sweeter way to help others say “thank you” for all you do! 🙂
National Jelly Bean Day Celebration (Tuesday, April 16th)
Tell your friends not to be jelly and come on over to Mimi & Papa’s to celebrate National Jelly Bean Day with you! We will be offering $1 off all Jelly Belly products to make the day even sweeter! Pop by the shop for this silly (and sweet) “holiday”!
Earth Day Vendor Event (Saturday, April 27th at Mannkind Brewing)
Join us for a special Earth Day vendor event at Mannkind Brewing! They are partnering with local businesses to showcase their products and services. There will also be live music, activities for the kids, and of course, plenty of delicious popcorn. It's a great way to learn about and support local businesses!
